Distribution

8500 copies of the Lymington Directory and 3500 copies of the Village Voice are printed each issue. Both magazines are published in alternate months. The circulation/delivery of The Lymington Directory is 6300 hand delivered to households and businesses and 2800 for the Village Voice. In addition there are various distribution points for the publications in Lymington and the surrounding areas including Lymington Library, Waterstones, Lounges, Lymington Town Railway Station, and the Ferry Terminal.

Copy Deadlines

Final copy must be submitted to us by the following deadlines:

The Lymington Directory:- 10th of the month preceding publication

The Village Voice :- 10th of the month preceding publication

Advertising Sizes

Advertising is available in four different sizes:

Full page: Portrait 192mm x 129mm
Full page with bleed: Portrait 210mm x 150mm
Half page: Landscape 92mm x 129mm
Quarter page: Portrait 92mm x 61mm
Eighth page: Portrait 44mm x 61mm.

All advertising rates are for finished copy. If you do not have your advert available to send to us we can produce it for you. Design and layout can also be provided for you
for a flat rate of £30 - please contact Sue with your requirements.

Payment

Full payment is required by the copy deadline for all customers.
Payment can be made by cheque, cash or direct bank payment.

VAT

The Lymington Directory is owned and operated by a small and independent publisher and therefore VAT is not charged. The prices shown, therefore, are fully inclusive.
